Stefan Jobst

The author studied law at Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main from 2004 to 2010. After graduating, he was a research assistant at Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main from 2010 to 2017, including the role as contact person for the university repetition course. He completed his legal traineeship at Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt/Main from 2015 to 2017. From 2018 to 2019, the author was a lawyer in an international law firm. Since 2019, he has been a senior adviser at the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority in the department for corporate takeovers. Since 2017, the author has also been a lecturer at Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in Frankfurt/Main.
