Florian Kitzig

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in tax law, Florian Kitzig studied law at the University of Cologne. During his studies he worked for Flick Gocke Schaumburg in Bonn. After completing his First State Exam, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Accounting and Tax Law at the University of Cologne and received his doctorate in 2022 under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Joachim Hennrichs. From 2021 to 2023, he completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Cologne with stations at the Federal Fiscal Court and YPOG, among others. Since June 2023, Florian Kitzig has been a senior academic researcher and post-doctoral lecturer at INUR at the University of Cologne.
