Raphael Nordhues

The author studied law at Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany, and completed his legal clerkship in Frankfurt am Main. Since 2018, the author has been working as a lawyer for a law firm in Frankfurt am Main specialising in real estate law. The autohr’s work as a lawyer includes dealing with constellations addressed in this book, in particular those of the real property community (»Realeigentumsgemeinschaft«).
