Hannah Birte Ofterdinger

Hannah Birte Ofterdinger studied law at the Humboldt University in Berlin. Since completing her legal clerkship in 2018, she has been a research assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. Dr. Milan Kuhli at the University of Hamburg, where she will be a postdoctoral fellow from July 2023. From February 2022 to June 2023, she was also a research assistant with Prof. Dr. Kai Cornelius. Her research focuses on criminal law, criminal procedural law, the law of digitalization and criminal law history.
