Kaja Rothfuß

Kaja Rothfuß studied law at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen with a focus on public commercial law, infrastructure and environment. After passing the first state examination in 2016, she wrote her PhD thesis while working as a research assistant at the Chair for Public Law, Environmental Law, Infrastructure Law and Comparative Law of Prof. Dr. Johannes Saurer, LL.M. (Yale) in Tübingen. In the winter semester of 2022/2023, she completed her doctorate of laws at the Faculty of Law at the University of Tübingen. In April 2023, she completed her postgraduate judicial service traineeship at the regional court of Tübingen by passing the second state Examination.
