Timo Schwander

Timo Schwander studied law in Freiburg im Breisgau and Glasgow and worked as a research assistant at the University of Münster, where he received his PhD in 2018. During his »Referendariat« (mandatory legal clerkship), he was also a research associate at Humboldt-University Berlin. He is an editor of the JuWissBlog and focusses on issues of constitutional and public international law, security law and constitutional theory.
