Hengxiang Zhou

Professor Dr. Hengxiang Zhou is Germanist and has been working as interpreter and translator for the German-Chinese Rule of Law Dialogue for more than 14 years. For example, he translated the German Code of Civil Procedure (»Zivilprozessordnung«), the Guidelines for Criminal Proceedings and Fine Proceedings (»Richtlinien für das Strafverfahren und das Bußgeldverfahren«) and the Manuel of Legal Technicality (»Handbuch der Rechtsförmlichkeit«) into Chinese. The German-Chinese Legal Dictionary is the result of his longtime examination with legal terms and phrases.
