Alicia Sütthoff

Law studies at the University of Osnabrück in 2016. As part of this, the author spent a semester abroad at the University of Hull in England in 2019. After completing her law studies in 2021 by successfully passing the first examination, she worked as a research assistant at the University of Osnabrück from June 2021 to August 2023, during which time the author also wrote this thesis. Since September 2023, the author has been completing her legal clerkship at the Oldenburg Higher Regional Court.
