Charlotte Hilliger

The author studied law at the University of Constance from 2012 to 2017. After having passed the first state examination, she worked and completed her doctorate in Constance and, from autumn 2018, at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, in both cities at the chair of Prof. Dr. Sophie Schönberger. Having completed the manuscript, she started her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Constance and in Freiburg and Sigmaringen, which she concluded with the second state examination in spring 2023. This was followed by the disputation of the dissertation thesis. The author workes as a judge in Baden-Württemberg since the summer of 2023.
