Christoph Baier

Christoph Baier studied tax and business law at University of Public Administration and Finance Ludwigsburg and University of Aalen. During this time, he audited multinationals as federal tax auditor and worked as tax consultant in an international law firm. He then wrote his dissertation at the Chair of External Accounting, Taxation and Auditing at the University of Cottbus-Senftenberg (Prof. Dr. Klaus Brockmeyer). Currently, he works as tax consultant and certified advisor for international tax in the international tax department of BASF SE and consults in international tax law on the structuring of acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations.
