Fabiana Oliveira Pinho

Fabiana O. Pinho holds a doctorate degree, with summa cum laude, in International Law and Legal Theory from a joint graduate program of University of São Paulo (Brazil) and Kiel University (Germany). During her doctorate, she received a fellowship from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) and a grant from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) for her research stay at the Walther Schücking Institute for International Law at Kiel University. She also has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of São Paulo. Her research interests include legal theory, legal reasoning and rhetoric, international law, human rights law and international courts.
