Florian Hensel studied law at the University of Bielefeld and the FernUniversität in Hagen (LL.M.). Since 2017, he has specialized in public procurement and state aid law as part of his professional activities at a public transport authority and in international commercial law firms. In 2023 he received his PhD. legal at the German University for Administrative Sciences Speyer.
