Jan Gadinger

Jan Gadinger studied law at the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg from May 2011 to July 2016. Thereafter he was legal trainee at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg until October 2018. Since his first legal exam in July 2016 until November 2021 he was research assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. Hans-Dieter Spengler (Civil Law, Roman Law and ancient legal history) of the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nuremberg. His doctoral thesis was supervised by Prof. Dr. Michael Grünberger from the University of Bayreuth, where he was doctorated in February 2023. Since the end of 2021 he is part of the judicial service in Bavaria.
