Jan Gocha

Jan Gocha studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University of Bonn after graduating from high school in Recklinghausen in 2013. During his doctoral studies at the Ruhr University Bochum under Professor Dr Markus Fehrenbach, he worked as a research assistant at the law firms Hengeler Mueller and YPOG. He completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Cologne with stations at the Federal Ministry of Justice in Berlin in the department for European company law, group law and partnership law as well as at Latham & Watkins LLP in Düsseldorf and Chicago, USA. He has been working as a lawyer in Düsseldorf since 2023.
