Jan-Lukas Henkst

Jan-Lukas Henkst studied law and European law at the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg from 2013 to 2019. After completing his studies with the First Law State Examination and graduating as a Lawyer for European Law, he began his doctoral studies at the Chair of Global Business Law, International Arbitration and  Private Law of Prof. Dr. Florian Bien, Maître en Droit (Aix-Marseille III). During his doctorate, he worked for various law firms in Düsseldorf. He completed his legal clerkship at the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court from 2022 to 2024, including a placement at the Bundeskartellamt (Federal Cartel Office).
