Jennifer Trinks
Jennifer Trinks studied law at LMU Munich and the Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II). In 2011 she passed the first state law exam in Munich and attained her Maîtrise en droit (Paris II). Following a legal traineeship (Referendariat) at the Hamburg Higher Regional Court, she passed the second state law exam in Hamburg in 2013. In 2017 Jennifer completed the one-year Master of Laws programme at Yale Law School, earning her LL.M. She was awarded a doctorate from Bucerius Law School in 2020. Currently, she is a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg.
