Katharina Funcke

Katharina Funcke studied law in Hamburg and Miami, USA, specialising in white collar criminal law. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant at the chairs of criminal law of Prof Dr Thomas Rönnau and Prof Edgardo Rotman. After passing her first state examination, she worked as a teacher’s assistant for criminal law at Bucerius Law School and as a research assistant in a boutique law firm specialising in white collar criminal law. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg with stations at the public prosecutor's office and a grand criminal chamber of the regional court, among others.
