Katja Bauer

Katja Bauer, M.mel. studied law at Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg from 2009 to 2015. For several semesters she supported the Chair of Civil Law and Legal History of Univ.-Prof. em. Dr. Heiner Lück. For her focus area thesis »Buße und Strafe im Frühmittelalter« she received the Eike-von-Repgow-Stipendium 2017. After an internship abroad for several months at the Prague law firm Giese & Partner, s.r.o., Bauer enrolled in the Master's program in Medical-Ethics-Law (Halle/Saale), which she successfully completed in 2017. At the same time, she worked as a civil law lecturer. She successfully completed her doctoral studies in June 2022.
