Johannes Kührt

Johannes Kührt studied law and economic law at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. He spent a semester abroad at the Southwest University of Political Science and Law in Chongqing/China. During his doctorate, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Insolvency Law at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg under Prof. Dr. Stephan Madaus, who also supervised the thesis. He then completed an LL.M. in European and International Business Law at Trinity College Dublin/Ireland. He is now a trainee lawyer at the Regional Court of Wiesbaden.
