Lennart Giesen

Lennart Giesen studied Law at the University of Bielefeld from 2011 to 2017. Following that, he worked as a research associate at the Chair in Civil Law and Law of Digitalization and Innovation. During this, he published articles on civil law topics in various academic journals. From 2020 to 2022, Giesen completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Bielefeld. Since 2023, he has been working as a ›Regierungsrat‹ in the position of Personnel Officer at the Police Headquarter in Bielefeld. In March 2023, his work »The third-party intervention in the independent proceedings for the taking of evidence« was accepted by the University of Bielefeld as his dissertation.
