Luis Kemter

The author studied law at the University of Bonn from 2015 to 2021. He then completed his doctorate from 2021 to 2023 at the Chair for Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law as well as International and European Criminal Law under Prof. Dr. Böse. During his dissertation he worked for an international law firm and a medium-sized law firm and published several articles, including articles on criminal law. Since 2022, the author has been doing his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Mönchengladbach, and from March to June 2024, he will be working in a law firm in Madrid.
