Marie-Katrin Schaich

Marie-Katrin Schaich studied law at the University of Passau from October 2014 to January 2020. Since April 2020, she has been employed at the University of Passau as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil and Labour Law. The thesis, supervised by Prof. Dr Frank Bayreuther, was completed in March 2023. The disputation took place in May 2023. Since October 2023, the author has been a legal trainee in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg.
