Marlene Einfeldt

Marlene Einfeldt studied law at the Christian-Albrechts-University in Kiel (and during an ERASMUS stay also at Aarhus Universitet in Denmark). After her First State Examination at the end of 2017, she became a research assistant at the Chair of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law and Economic Criminal Law of Prof. Dr. Andreas Hoyer. In the course of her doctoral studies she wrote – with two interruptions for parental leave with her children – the present dissertation. Since February 2023, Marlene Einfeldt is in her legal clerkship at the Schleswig-Holstein Higher Regional Court.
