Mauritz von Wedemeyer

Mauritz von Wedemeyer studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg (Germany) with a focus on Commercial and Business Law. After completing his first state examination, he obtained his Ph.D. on Smart Legal Contracts at the Institute for Commercial Law, Labor and Social Law in Freiburg under Professor Dr. Jan Lieder, LL.M. (Harvard). He advises companies in the areas of Blockchain, DeFi and DAOs. He is currently a legal trainee (Rechtsreferendar) at the Frankfurt a.M. District Court.
