Moritz Lehmann

Moritz Lehmann studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich and the University Paris-Panthéon Assas. He completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Munich. Admitted to the German bar, he has been working as a lawyer in a leading international business law firm since 2020, advising on national and international tax law in the context of corporate transactions and reorganisations. Moritz Lehmann received his doctorate in 2023 from the Faculty of Law and Economics at the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. He was also appointed as a tax advisor in 2024.
