Paul Hendrik Schnitzler studied Law at Heinrich Heine University of Düsseldorf from 2014 to 2020. After graduating, he completed his doctorate at the Chair of Civil Law and German and International Business, Economic, and Antitrust Law at Heinrich Heine University of Düsseldorf under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Christian Kersting, LL.M. (Yale). The doctorate was sponsored by the Foundation of Family Businesses and honored with the sponsorship award of the Friends of the Law Faculty of Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. While completing his doctorate, Paul Hendrik Schnitzler worked from 2019 to 2023 as a research assistant at the corporate department of an international commercial law firm. Since April 2023, he has been a legal trainee at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf.
