Richard Luther

Richard Luther studied law at the Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf and the University of Hull in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. After his studies, he worked as a research assistant for Prof. Dr. Heiko Sauer at his chair for German and European Constitutional and Administrative Law at the Rhenish Friedrich-Wilhelms-University Bonn. He currently lives and works in Cologne.
