Rosa Hinzpeter-Schmidt

Rosa Hinzpeter-Schmidt studied German and French law at the Universities of Erlangen-Nuremberg and Rennes I. From August 2019 until September 2024, she was employed at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil and Labour Law and the Law of Social Security. The thesis, supervised by Prof. Dr Steffen Klumpp, was completed in July 2023. The disputation took place in February 2022. Since October 2023, the author has been a legal trainee in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg.
