Samuel Strauß

Samuel Strauss completed his law studies at the University of Constance in 2017, having started in 2012. During this time, he worked for several years as a research assistant for Prof. Dr. em. Rudolf Rengier. From 2017 to 2022, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair of German and European Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, IT Criminal Law and Philosophy of Law of Prof. Dr. Andreas Popp, M.A. at the University of Constance and received his doctorate. Since April 2022, he is completing his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Constance.
