Sebastian Berndt

Sebastian Berndt studied law at the University of Potsdam with a focus on commercial, tax and environmental criminal law. After his first state examination in 2018, he worked as a research assistant at the law firm FS-PP in Berlin and at the business law firm Hengeler Mueller in Berlin in the area of white collar criminal law. At the same time, he started working on his dissertation under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Mitsch at the University of Potsdam, where he has been working as a research assistant since 2018. Since August 2021, Sebastian Berndt has been a legal trainee at the Brandenburg Higher Regional Court.
