Theresa Tschenker

Theresa Tschenker studied law at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Since 2017 she was working as an academic researcher at European University Viadrina, Chair for Civil Law and Labour Law, Center for Interdisciplinary Labour Law Studies. Her doctoral thesis was mentored by Prof. Dr. Eva Kocher. As an academic researcher she worked in the project »Models of live-in care« of the Hans Böckler Foundation and took a research stay at the Department of Mercantile and Labour Law, University of the Western Cape, South Africa. At the moment she is conducting her legal clerkship at the Kammergericht Berlin with stations at a labour law firm for em-ployees and at the labour court in Berlin.
