Rüdiger Neumann

The author completed his law studies and the accompanying course in European law at the JMU Würzburg in 2010. After his legal clerkship at the LG Aschaffenburg, he initially worked as a lawyer for a medium-sized commercial law firm and as an in-house lawyer for an international service company. Since 2015 he has been working as an in-house lawyer for various insurance companies in the area of insurance distribution law. He has been a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law since 2016. In 2016, the author also completed the LL.M. »Business Law« course at the HS Mainz. The author completed his doctorate at the JMU Würzburg in 2023.
